We are a legal training company looking to hire a contracted social media manager with a primary focus on LinkedIn. We’re searching for a talented freelance Social Media Manager to assist us in content creation for our clients.

This is a remote, part-time, contract-based freelance role. Candidates should be proficient in writing and designing social media posts.

The role is open to native English speakers only.

You must be reliable and can be trusted to deliver your work on time while respecting your commitments to us and our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Possess expertise in formulating digital media strategies that craft a unified narrative for consumers, ensuring growth across various platforms
  • Adopt a client-focused, niche-oriented methodology for designing comprehensive digital marketing schedules
  • Responsible for overseeing the entire process, from conceptualisation and audience interaction to evaluating the effectiveness of the strategy
  • Develop a strategic plan and templates to enhance our social media marketing efforts
  • Create and curate content that is relevant and valuable to the target audience
  • Utilize editing tools for photo and video content, adhering to our brand guidelines
  • Track campaign results and create evaluation reports
  • Increase follower count, interact with the audience, and keep them engaged

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in social media marketing management
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C industries, ideally in a social media role, although a general content position is also acceptable
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, as well as in creating social media ads
  • Native-level English writing skills, evidenced by existing social media and writing work. Excellent copywriting skills are a must; you should be able to write concisely and express yourself clearly and simply
  • Graphic design skills are required; you should be comfortable using tools like Canva or Adobe and be capable of creating original images that combine stock photos, product images, text, branding, and other elements
  • A solid understanding of social media trends and marketing strategies
