As an Organic Posting and Quality Check Specialist for Spanish-Argentines linguistic support, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality, engaging, and compliant organic content on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the content/post meets the brand’s guidelines, policies, and community standards and effectively engages the Spanish-Argentines audiences. Your creativity, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the Spanish language along with social media spaces in these markets will be instrumental in this role.

Responsibilities:

● Post Scheduling and Publishing: Utilize social media management tools to schedule and publish organic posts across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter in the Argentinian market (Spanish Language). If instructed, optimize scheduling for maximum reach, engagement, and audience targeting in these regions.

● Quality Assurance: Conduct Thorough checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of text, images, videos, and other multimedia content. Review posts to verify compliance with brand guidelines, policies, and platform-specific rules and regulations in the Argentines market (Spanish Language).

● Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on platform-specific rules, regulations, and advertising policies relevant to the Argentines market. Monitor and enforce compliance to maintain brand reputation and mitigate potential risks in these regions.

● Trends and Insights: Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platform features in the Argentines market. Leverage this knowledge to enhance content quality, engagement, and reach.

● Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with Client POCs/Requesters/Cross-functional teams, as and when required, to align organic posting strategies. Maintain effective communication channels and share recommendations on possible changes for improvements.

Qualifications:

●     Proactive and critical thinking.

●     Native-level fluency in Spanish (Argentina) language, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both variants.

●     Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community management for the Argentines market.

●     Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, including platform-specific rules, algorithms, and best practices in Argentines.

●     Strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity towards the content that resonates with the local audience.

●     Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

●     Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content tailored to the Argentines market.

●     Understanding digital advertising and sponsored content guidelines is a plus.
