- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accurate data interpretation
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Ability to Work under pressure.
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Experience in handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Must be flexible with schedules.
