Who are we looking for?

As our lead designer, your job will be to lead our creative team and oversee the design processes to ensure that our projects are visually compelling and align with our brand. You will be the go-to person for everything design, quality and delivery.

 

Daily responsibilities:

• Ignite a design first culture.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand design requirements.
• Ensure that designs are produced on time and align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor, evaluate, and approve designs before they are published.
• Oversee design processes from conceptualization to final output.
• Engage with external design agencies or freelancers when needed.
• Ensure the design team is equipped with the required tools and software.
• Keep updated with latest design trends and best practices.

 

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience working in a media, marketing or consultative role.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
