UX/UI Designer

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team. You’re a design enthusiast with a deep understanding of how design impacts user behavior and conversion rates. Your creativity is fueled by data and insights, and you’re always eager to experiment and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

As a UX/UI Designer in our CRO team, you’ll work closely with our CRO managers and other digital experts to craft visually stunning and highly effective interfaces. You’ll play a key role in optimizing user journeys, ensuring that our clients’ digital products are not only beautiful but also convert like crazy. Every pixel you design will contribute to our clients’ success, helping them achieve tangible growth.

You’ll be joining a dynamic and passionate team that’s dedicated to excellence. You’ll have the chance to make an immediate impact on high-profile projects, working with some of the biggest brands in the Baltics and beyond. You’ll be exposed to a variety of industries, ensuring that no two days are ever the same.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar
• Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices, including user research and usability testing
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a love for clean, modern design
• Experience working closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented perfectly
• Ability to iterate quickly and adapt to feedback
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present your ideas clearly and persuasively
• Passion for data-driven design and the ability to leverage analytics to inform your decisions
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary starting at 2500 Eur (gross for full time, 0.75 possible), with potential for growth based on experience and qualifications.
