LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Virtual Assistant (w/ accounting backgrond)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday PST Flexible Schedule

Salary Range: 900 to 1,000 USD PER MONTH

We’re looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. This role involves helping in administrative, accounting and finance tasks, while showing a readiness to understand and learn about personal injury law.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn about personal injury laws, including UCCS filing, to assist our legal team.
• Stay updated on legal regulations for company compliance.
• Review contracts with legal experts to protect our interests.
• Help with legal research, information gathering, and addressing business concerns.
• Manage basic accounting responsibilities to support financial organization.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
• Help out with other tasks as needed for client’s other projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Spreadsheet, Doc, Drive, etc.) and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Proficiency in using Quickbooks.
• While prior experience in personal injury law is preferred, we also welcome motivated learners who are eager to excel.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to grasp legal concepts and quickly adapt to new tasks.
• Strong attention to detail for managing legal and financial documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Legal certification or relevant education is a plus.

Equipment Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection
• Up-to-date computer or laptop (own equipment)
• Webcam and clear audio (headset/microphone)
