We are a boutique Product Design studio working with a select group of SaaS clients to design their products and scale design operations. Embracing a fully remote working model, we prioritize work-life balance and creativity. Our approach is anti-micromanagement, and we strive to minimize meetings whenever possible. Our primary goal is to deliver aesthetically pleasing and exceptionally user-friendly interfaces.

Role Description + Requirements

This is a full-time remote role for a mid/sr-level Product Designer, with a strong focus on visual design. We would start on a short contract basis (fixed days, part-time or full-time whichever you prefer) before committing to full-time.

Requirements:

• You’re an expert in Figma – you spend most of your time there and know the main keyboard shortcuts.
• Interface design – making that button pop and making sure the now-perfect UX design looks beautiful.
• Visual identity and visual design – creating stunning elements for web and mobile apps: onboarding pages, illustrations, navigation, icons.
• User experience design – developing quick wireframes, mockups, user flows, storyboarding, and prototyping
• Ability to speak English [Lithuanian not required]
• [BONUS – not required] You can design beautiful websites on Figma and/or Framer.
• [BONUS – not required] Branding: visual identity, logo design, branding elements

Don’t apply if:

• you haven’t done a mobile or web app design before.
• you’re a graphic designer or illustrator without UX/UI design experience.
• you’re an industrial product designer (not tech).
• you don’t speak basic English.
• your online communication is poor
• you don’t have the discipline to work on tasks without micromanagement.
• you like to spend the first 3 hours of your day scrolling on your phone.

Salary

Gross(before taxes) 3000-6000/mo depending on the experience level. Quick salary increases if you’re very productive.
